Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Embargoes and Sanctions Law for U.S. Companies

Remy Rodas, Partner (New York), Myles Bartley, Counsel (New York) and Bryan Elwood, Counsel (Washington D.C.) spoke to the Westchester and Southern Connecticut chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (WESFACCA) today about the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Embargoes and Sanctions Law for U.S. Companies. WESFACCA is the regional Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the world's largest organization serving the professional and business interests of attorneys who practice in the legal departments of corporations, associations and other private-sector organizations around the globe. Mr. Rodas moderated the panel discussion while Mr. Bartley gave a presentation on the FCPA and Mr. Elwood gave a presentation on Embargoes and Sanctions Law for U.S. Companies.
