Fuad Zarbiyev Wins Prestigious International Disputes Resolution Award

New York Associate Fuad Zarbiyev has been awarded this year's James Crawford Prize of the Journal of International Dispute Settlement for his paper “Judicial Activism in International Law - A Conceptual Framework for Analysis”. The paper will be published in the July issue of the Journal of International Dispute Settlement.
