International Corporate Rescue Publishes Article by Partner Emanuella Agostinelli

Italy's bi-monthly journal, International Corporate Rescue has published an article by Curtis Italy Partner Emanuella Agostinelli in its most recent issue.

The article is entitled ‘The path to harmonization of EU insolvency legislation: the Italian perspective’ and provides an analysis of the proposal that the European Commission tabled on 7 December 2022, for a directive planned at enhancing and harmonizing insolvency law in the EU, at the same time drawing a parallel with the new Italian bankruptcy legislation.

Ms. Agostinelli is a member of the Editorial Board of International Corporate Rescue, which is a respected source of information on topical issues in insolvency and corporate rescue law and practice.
