Irene Petrelli to Present on Litigating Water through International Investment Arbitration

Today, October 15, 2024, partner Irene Petrelli will give a presentation on “Litigating Water through International Investment Arbitration: Where Are We Now?” as part of the webinar on International Law, Food and Water, co-organized by the Italian and Chilean branches of the International Law Association.

The discussion will address the issue of access to water as an internationally recognized human right and investment claims arising out of the right of States to regulate this delicate aspect of human life, as well as the crucial areas of public health and environmental protection.
