Jacinto participated in an international arbitration event jointly organized by ICSID, ICC and ICDR titled “Everything, everywhere, all at once: How can arbitration practitioners rise to global challenges?” The event took place at ICSID’s offices in Washington, DC on May 20, 2024. Mr. Jacinto moderated a panel discussion that examined how arbitration practitioners can prepare and remain relevant in a multipolar world with evolving global and regional crises, including pandemics, climate change, and armed conflict, and explored emerging forms of disputes in areas such as cybersecurity, space law, and ESG.
