The session Ms. Johnson participated in focused on the reform of the international investment regime, highlighting the challenges of aligning existing international investment agreements (IIAs) with sustainability imperatives. Discussions explored fragmented policymaking approaches, the growing complexity of investment agreements, and the most effective pathways towards a more coherent and sustainable international investment regime.
