Lise Johnson Speaks at the 11th Annual OECD Investment Treaty Conference

On March 30, 2026, Partner Lise Johnson will be speaking at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's 11th Annual Conference on Investment Treaties, which will be addressing state-to-state dispute settlement, implementing investment facilitation, and contracts.

The conference as a whole will be exploring several new developments in investment policies, whilst Lise Johnson's session specifically will discuss 'exploring contracts and investment treaties'.
