Luciana Ricart Speaks at the 46th Investment Treaty Forum Public Conference

London Partner Luciana Ricart will be speaking at the 46th Investment Treaty Forum Public Conference, “ICSID Arbitration at 60: Past, Present and Future”, hosted by the British Institute of International and Comparative Law on 16 October 2026 in London and online. The conference marks the 60th anniversary of the entry into force of the ICSID Convention and will bring together practitioners, academics, arbitrators, government officials and representatives of international organisations.

Ms. Ricart will discuss “Arbitrator Appointments and Challenges” on a panel chaired by Sylvia Noury KC of Freshfields, alongside independent arbitrator Mark Kantor and David Hunt of Boies Schiller Flexner. 

The conference will feature introductory remarks by Martina Polasek, Secretary-General of ICSID, and a keynote address by Meg Kinnear of Low & Kinnear, former Secretary-General of ICSID.
