Michael S. Schwartz named Vice Chair of the Estate and Trust Administration Committee of the New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Law Section

Trusts and Estates associate Michael S. Schwartz has been named as a Vice Chair of the Estate and Trust Administration Committee of the New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Law Section. The Estate and Trust Administration Committee focuses on addressing issues affecting the administration of trusts and estates. In particular, the Committee reviews current legislation impacting estate and trust administration, and drafts new or modified proposed legislation.
