New York partners Joseph Pizzurro and Robert Garcia, together with associate Juan Perla, wrote a chapter for the first edition of The Guide to Challenging and Enforcing Arbitration Awards, which was recently published by Global Arbitration Review. The chapter, entitled “Substantive Grounds for Challenge,” examines various avenues for challenging awards on substantive grounds, both within the arbitration process and in the courts.
