NYSBA to Feature Article Co-authored by Curtis Partners in CLE Program

The New York State Bar Association is to feature an article co-authored by Curtis partners Nancy E. Delaney and Michael S. Schwartz in its upcoming CLE seminar, “Mediation’s Advantages in Resolving Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Adult Guardianship Matters.” The program will take place on June 6, 2017 at New York Law School. The article, “Rachal v. Reitz and the Evolution of the Enforceability of Arbitration Clauses in Estate Planning Documents,” was originally published in the December 2013 edition of the American Bar Association’s Probate & Property.
