Partner Antonio M. Prida speaks at ICC Mexico webinar on recent developments in mediation

Partner Antonio Prida will speak on an expert panel about the “State of reform initiatives in matters of mediation in Mexico, and projections for mediation in the context of COVID-19,” hosted by the Jalisco chapter of ICC Mexico on Thursday, February 4 at 8am (CST).

Mr. Prida and his co-panelists will discuss three initiatives which have recently been submitted to the Mexican Congress as part of a proposed General Law to regulate alternative dispute resolution in Mexico, and will analyze the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the development of mediation practice and protocol in Mexico.
