Partner Arianna Sánchez to Speak at the 12th ITA-IEL-ICC Joint Conference on International Energy Arbitration

On January 19th, Partner Arianna Sánchez will be speaking at the 12th Institute for Transnational Arbitration-Institute for Energy Law-ICC Arbitration Joint Conference on International Energy Arbitration. The conference will be held in Houston, TX. Ms. Sánchez will take part in the panel “Identifying, Quantifying, and Proving Damages in Energy Projects: How to Incorporate Risks in Calculating Damages Based on Unforeseen Circumstances?” which will explore recent developments and strategies in addressing risks, including both unforeseen regime and regulatory changes, in modeling damages.
