Partner Ben Preziosi to Speak at the ICC's Ninth Investment Arbitration Forum in Vienna

London-based partner Ben Preziosi will participate in the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC’s) Ninth Investment Arbitration Forum on Valuation of Damages in Changing Economic and Political Circumstances. The conference will take place on May 26, 2018 in Vienna, Austria, and will focus on lessons learned from Latin American investment arbitrations.

Ben will speak on the effect of contractual limitations on damages in investment arbitration as part of a panel entitled, “Changing Economic and Political Circumstances and their Effects on Damages.” He will be joined by Professor Nikos Lavranos (Wöss & Partners), Professor Irmgard Marboe (University of Vienna), Adriana San Román (Wöss & Partners), and Alejandro Carballo Leyda (Energy Charter Secretariat).
