Event 10 Jan. 2022
On January 27th & 28th, New York Partner Charlie Howland will co-chair and speak at a live webcast entitled "Real Estate and Clean Energy in 2022: Capitalizing on Opportunities to Further the Clean Energy Transition." Charlie is one of three program co-chairs which include Kevin J. Daehnke, CEO of the Center for Strategic Policy Innovation, and Leo Rebele, Principal for Ramboll Group.
This program will focus on cutting edge legal, funding and logistics issues associated with "new frontier" projects associated with the energy transition, including the siting of renewable energy infrastructure on brownfield sites (including storage and microgrids), the buildout of resilient local clean energy projects to help decarbonize the grid and protect critical infrastructure (including related regulatory “nudges”) and growing grant/financing/resource base for such projects, especially in environmentally and economically impacted communities.
Attendees are expected to include attorneys, developers, environmental consultants, sustainability experts, clean energy companies, project development funders, cities and counties, and the environmental/energy justice communities. The program will offer both CLE and American Planning Association credits.
For more information about the conference, please click here, and contact Mr. Howland directly for a program discount.
