Washington, D.C. managing partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson participated in a roundtable entitled, “A deep look in seven Latin American jurisdictions: 90 minutes discussing the current state of affairs” which was held on November 10-12, 2019 at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami, Florida. The roundtable facilitated an in-depth discussion of international commercial arbitration in Latin America, and was attended by government officials and international arbitration practitioners from the region.
