Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson Speaks at CeCAP 25th Anniversary Event

Washington, D.C. Managing Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson will speak on two panels as part of a three-day program celebrating the Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje de Panamá's (CeCAP’s) 25^th Anniversary. The event will take place in Panama City, Panama from October 16 to October 17, 2019, and will be attended by international arbitration practitioners, government officials and arbitrators.

Ms. Frutos-Peterson will discuss the “Validity of Arbitration Agreements,” and the “Handling of Evidence in International Commercial Arbitration.”
