Partner Eduardo Cukier spoke at the Bloomberg BNA Latin America Tax Update

On September 22, 2015, Eduardo Cukier took part in the Bloomberg BNA Latin America Tax Update in Miami, Florida. His panel addressed tax planning of stock and asset purchases and dispositions, post-deal integration and holding company structures inconnection with mergers and acquisitions involving Latin America. The annual conference united leading tax practitioners in the Latin American region, including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Venezuela.
