Partner Hermann Ferré will speak at New York City Bar panel debate on ISDS

Partner Hermann Ferré will speak at the New York City Bar Association (NYCBar) on November 2, 2015 at 7pm in a debate organized by the International Law Committee focusing on the merits and dangers of investor state dispute settlement (ISDS) and whether it is appropriate to include ISDS in international trade agreements. Hermann will be joined on the panel with other international arbitration practitioners and the Director of Public Citizen's Global Trade Watch, Lori M. Wallach. The event is co-sponsored by the New York International Arbitration Center and the Arbitration and International Commercial Disputes Committees of the NYCBar.
