On April 18, 2013, partner Jeff Ostrager and associate Martin Brown from the Corporate Group participated in a Corporate Executive Board webinar, 'Kick-Starting Your Conflict Minerals Compliance Program.' Along with other panelists, they discussed the conflict minerals legislation and related SEC rules, as well as some of the issues that companies may encounter in developing and implementing their compliance programs.
