Partner Jeffrey Zuckerman was quoted in an article entitled, “Judges Press IRS on Church Tax Break,” published in The New York Sun on February 8, 2008. The article discusses the case of Sklar v. Commissioner, a Jewish couple's bid to take a tax deduction that the Internal Revenue Service reserves only for members of the Church of Scientology.
