Partner Lawrence Goodman to serve on Law360's M&A Editorial Advisory Board

New York-based Partner Lawrence Goodman, Chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions group, has been selected by Law360 to serve on its M&A Editorial Advisory Board for 2017. Each year, Law360 forms advisory boards for over 25 practice areas in order to receive feedback on the publication’s content and to “to gain insight from experts in the field on how best to shape future coverage.” As a member of the editorial advisory board, Mr. Goodman will provide feedback on Law360’s coverage and provide insight as a leading voice in the M&A field. Mr. Goodman previously served on Law360’s Private Equity Editorial Advisory Board in 2014.
