Partner Michael S. Schwartz Speaks at 32nd Annual RPTE National CLE Conference on Family Governance

New York Partner Michael S. Schwartz will speak on a panel at the 32^nd Annual RPTE National CLE Conference, organized by the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association, on May 14, 2020.

The panel, “Family Governance: Generational Continuity through Risk Mitigation,” will focus on family governance considerations, and planning techniques for transitioning control and preserving family wealth across multiple generations. Mr. Schwartz and his fellow panelists will also address trusts and philanthropic structures, incorporating family systems into an estate plan, navigating disruptions and mitigating risk and disputes.
