Partner Simon Batifort and Diana Tsutieva (Foley Hoag) will moderate a roundtable discussion on the Draft Code of Conduct for Adjudicators in Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) recently issued by the ICSID and UNCITRAL Secretariats. The roundtable is hosted by the ASIL Dispute Resolution Interest Group and will take place on June 10 at 10am (EST). The panel will feature Maria Luisa Andrisani (Directorate – General for Trade, Dispute Settlement and Legal Aspects of Trade Policy, European Commission), Claudia Salgado Levy (Procuraduría General del Estado, Republic of Ecuador), Karin Kizer (U.S. Department of State), and Prof. Chiara Giorgetti (Richmond Law School), who will share their perspectives and discuss key provisions of the proposed Code in the context of current ISDS reforms.
