Partners Borzu Sabahi and Timi Balogun will share their expertise and views on arbitration in an Investment Arbitration Masterclass series to be conducted by the International Law Institute – African Centre for Legal Excellence (ILI-ACLE), with International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the Georgetown University Law Center (Georgetown Law). The certification program will run from September 21 – October 2, 2020 and November 16 -20, 2020, and provides a professional networking and learning platform for academics, lawyers and public and private sector professionals around the world.
Borzu Sabahi, who is also the co-director of ILI’s Investment Law Center and an adjunct professor at Georgetown Law, is a course director for this program. Timi Balogun will participate as a guest speaker. More information about the program is available here.
