Partners Luciana Ricart and Fernando Tupa Will Teach a Workshop on Hearings in Investment Arbitration at the Universidad Austral

Partner Luciana Ricart, based in London and partner Fernando Tupa, based in Buenos Aires and New York, will teach a workshop on hearing preparation in investor-State arbitrations as part of the Postgraduate Degree on Commercial and Investment Arbitration organized by the Universidad Austral (Argentina).

The Workshop will be taught in Spanish via Zoom on November 8, 2023 and will be attended by young lawyers from various Latin American countries.
