A recording of Curtis’ latest webinar focusing on recent investor-State arbitrations concerning bank failures is now available.

Partners Justin Jacinto and Luciana Ricart and Counsel William Hampson discussed the recent failures of Credit Suisse and Silicon Valley Bank which illustrate how regulators must sometimes rapidly and decisively intervene in failing banks to protect financial stability.
