Luciana Ricart Appointed to the UK Attorney General’s B Panel of Public International Law Counsel
Event 18 Dec. 2025
Rome based partner, Gianluca Cattani, will speak at a webinar, scheduled for 15:30-17:00 CET on 19 December 2025, on how the EU restrictive measures are fundamentally redefining the way compliance is organized and policed by European financial intermediaries.
It is no longer just a matter of internal procedures or formal compliance, but of a system that assigns clear and directly accountable responsibilities.
The webinar is promoted by AICOM, which will be attended by Claudio Cola, president of the Italian Compliance Association, Gianluca Cattani, partner of the law firm Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP, and Roberto Bramato, an AICOM representative. The meeting takes its starting point from the EBA guidelines and their transposition at European and national level, but its significance goes beyond the training appointment, because it intercepts a structural change already underway.
More details on the webinar, and how to sign up on the AICOM website.
Curtis and AICOM are jointly organizing a masters in trade compliance and international sanctions from January next year. You can find more information here.
