Sebastiano Nessi spoke at the conference on sanctions and the interplay between EU law and Arbitration organised by Curtis during the Paris Arbitration Week

International Arbitration and Disputes partner Sebastiano Nessi organised and participated as a speaker at the conference organised by Curtis in Paris on 29 March 2023 during the Paris Arbitration Week.

The panel discussed the complex interplay between EU law and arbitration when international sanctions find themselves at the heart of the dispute.

Mr. Nessi was joined by officials and representatives of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Commission.
