Frankfurt-based senior associate Martin Wolff was featured in an article about the current legislation on the development of e-charger infrastructure in Germany, which was published in the most recent edition of InstitutionalMoney magazine (4/2021).

In the article entitled “Green conversion still bumps” (“Grüner Umbau ruckelt noch”), Mr. Wolff addresses practical questions about current German trade tax challenges in the context of the expansion of e-charger infrastructure, particularly in the context of the installation and operation of e-chargers for cars in leased out real estate.
