Simon Batifort and Andrew Larkin Speak at the European Society of International Law’s 2021 Annual Conference

Partner Simon Batifort and associate Andrew Larkin will speak on a virtual panel about “New Actors in the Regulation of Foreign Investment” organized by the International Economic Law Interest Group of the European Society of International Law (“ESIL”) as part of the ESIL 2021 Annual Conference. The conference will take place in Stockholm on Wednesday, September 8, 2021.

Mr. Batifort and Mr. Larkin will focus their part of the discussion on the interpretation of investment treaties, drawing from their forthcoming article, “The Meaning of Silence in Investment Treaties.”
