Simon Batifort and Lise Johnson Speak at 9th Inter-Sessional Meeting of UNCITRAL Working Group III in Chile

From November 5-7, Partners Simon Batifort and Lise Johnson participated in the United Nations’ ongoing work on the reform of investor-State dispute settlement (ISDS), joining a meeting hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile in Santiago to advance discussions on the draft provisions that are currently being considered by UNCITRAL Working Group III.

Simon Batifort spoke on the panel addressing issues of valuation and damages in ISDS, while Lise Johnson moderated the panel on shareholder claims for direct and reflective loss.
