Partner Simon Batifort has been appointed co-chair of the International Bar Association (IBA) Arbitration Committee’s Insolvency and Arbitration Working Group. The Working Group was established by the IBA Arbitration Committee to examine the intersection of insolvency and arbitration and to develop practical guidance and resources in this area for international arbitration practitioners.
