Partner Simon Batifort has been selected to co-chair the Practitioners' Forum at the Midyear Meeting of the American Society of International Law (ASIL), which will take place on Thursday, November 10, 2022 in Miami. As co-chair, Mr. Batifort is responsible for organizing the forum, which will feature panels on careers in international law, “regional” jus cogens, and the reform of investor-State arbitration in the framework of UNCITRAL Working Group III, as well as a keynote address and networking reception.
