Simon Batifort Speaks at the 10th Intersessional Meeting of UNCITRAL Working Group III

Partner Simon Batifort recently participated in the 10th Intersessional Meeting of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group III , held last week in Vietnam.

As a delegate designated by the American Society of International Law, Mr. Batifort spoke on a panel on the assessment of damages and compensation alongside delegates from Nigeria, the United States, and the UNCITRAL Working Group III Academic Forum.
