Tax Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions in Latin America

On May 4, 2011, Eduardo Cukier took part in the 16th Annual BNA/CITE Latin America Tax Update in Coral Gables, Florida. His panel addressed tax planning of stock and asset purchases and dispositions, post-deal integration and holding company structures. The annual conference unites leading tax practitioners in the Latin American region, including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Venezuela.
