The International Arbitration Club of New York invites Counsel Mohannad El Murtadi Suleiman to speak on interim measures in international arbitration

On October 24th, Counsel Mohannad El Murtadi Suleiman will speak on interim measures in international arbitration at the International Arbitration Club of New York. Mr. El Murtadi will discuss forms of interim measures in international arbitrations and the standards arbitral tribunals have applied to decide them. He will also explore the challenges that interim measures pose in international disputes, drawing on the practice and jurisprudence of international arbitrations and proceedings.

The event will be held from 12-2pm at Baker McKenzie, 452 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10018, both in person and remotely.
