Timothy Barnes, Partner (New York) Speaks at 8th Annual Review of Insolvency Law Conference in Toronto, Ontario

Timothy Barnes spoke in a panel discussion entitled 'Avoidance Actions in the United States'. He was joined by Kieran Siddall of the Vancouver law firm Bull, Housser & Tupper LLP and Marc Duchesne, a partner in the Montreal office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. The panel was chaired by Mr. Justice Frank Newbould of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The event is sponsored by the University of British Columbia's National Centre for Law and was held on Friday, February 4, 2011.
