Trusts and Estates Associate Zachary Goldaber speaks before the Estate Planning Council of Westchester County

New York Associate Zachary Goldaber will speak at a panel entitled A Trustee Toolkit from Here to Eternity: Lessons from Recent Fiduciary Litigation before the Estate Planning Council of Westchester County on Wednesday, September 29^th. His portion of the panel will focus on recent developments in trust decanting litigation, with a close analysis of Hodge vs. Johnson, a 2020 New Hampshire Supreme Court decision discussing whether decanting a trust to exclude multiple beneficiaries of the original trust violates a trustee’s fiduciary duty.
