Trusts and Estates Associate Zachary Goldaber speaks before the Estate Planning Council of Westchester County

New York Associate Zachary Goldaber will speak at a panel entitled A Trustee Toolkit from Here to Eternity: Lessons from Recent Fiduciary Litigation before the Estate Planning Council of Westchester County on Wednesday, September 29th. His portion of the panel will focus on recent developments in trust decanting litigation, with a close analysis of Hodge vs. Johnson, a 2020 New Hampshire Supreme Court decision discussing whether decanting a trust to exclude multiple beneficiaries of the original trust violates a trustee’s fiduciary duty.
