Located in downtown Houston in the Houston Center complex, the office plays a key role in the firm's international energy practice, particularly in Latin America. Established in 1992, the Houston office attorneys have counseled clients on projects in virtually every energy industry subsector, including oil and gas exploration and development, hydrocarbon purchase and sale agreements, LNG, power plants, refineries, substations, greenfield facilities, terminals, tankers, pipelines, transmission lines, and mining.
The Houston law office's experience includes international project finance transactions, including refinery and electricity projects, energy-related joint ventures, crude oil sales and service agreements, cross-border natural gas sales, and transportation transactions. We also advise clients on matters of Mexican and commercial law. Other areas of experience include domestic corporate matters and commercial litigation and arbitration.
