Alberto Anelli is an associate in the Commercial Litigation and Corporate groups.
Mr. Anelli’s litigation practice encompasses all areas of banking and finance law. He has particular expertise in litigation relating to investment services and banking activity, as well as appeal procedures against sanctions imposed by CONSOB (the Italian Stock Exchange Supervisory Authority) and by the Bank of Italy. Mr. Anelli is qualified to represent clients in judicial proceedings before the Italian Supreme Court.
Mr. Anelli also has a well-established corporate, insolvency and commercial law practice, with particular focus on directors’ liability, claw-back actions, and bankruptcy. He can assist with mergers and acquisition transactions, including equity investments in companies by mutual funds and private companies, as well as with the regulation of trust companies.
Mr. Anelli is the author of several publications regarding the insurance and finance markets.
