Donát Guszlev is a senior lawyer in the firm’s litigation group, with a strong track record advising and representing clients in high-stake litigation matters across a range of industries, drawing on substantial experience in large-scale corporate transactions and governance matters.
Prior to joining Curtis, Donát Guszlev built his practice at D’Ornano Partners, as well as at a major local law firm, where he successfully handled cases across civil law, employment law, administrative law, litigation and arbitration, representing clients in sectors such as construction, food & catering, milling and software development.
He is a Hungarian qualified attorney registered at the Budapest Bar. Mr. Guszlev also has extensive experience in tax law, real estate law, international corporate transactions and corporate and commercial law.
