Luis Ayarragaray advises public and private sector clients on a broad range of business transactions, particularly within banking, agribusiness and real estate. He has also acted for several provinces and municipalities of Argentina on debt management, infrastructure finance and privatizations of various public financial entities and utilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ayarragaray was an in-house lawyer for Du Pont de Nemours & Co. in Argentina. He has also been an adjunct associate professor of banking law at the Argentine Catholic University Law School and has published various articles in the field of government financing.
