Antonio M. Prida Speaks at 30th World Forum of Mediation Centres

Partner Antonio M. Prida will participate as a speaker on a panel entitled “Judicial Mediation, ad hoc Mediation & the law in Spain and in Mexico” on September 16, 2022, during the 30^th World Forum of Mediation Centres, organized by the International Association of Lawyers (UIA) and the Malaga Bar Association. The Panel will deal with the following question: Is the adaptation of the law a necessity, a positive development, or a risk impacting the liberty/creativity of the development of mediation? and Mr. Prida will address the Mexican perspective.
