Borzu Sabahi co-chaired the Seventh Annual Investment Treaty Arbitration Conference in Washington, D.C. on April 22, 2013. The conference, organized by Juris Conferences, addressed the complex issue raised by investor-state arbitration in the energy sector. Borzu was also invited to co-chair this conference in 2012.
