Borzu Sabahi Speaks at ILI Training on Climate Change

Washington, D.C. partner Borzu Sabahi spoke at the International Law Institute (ILI)’s course on Climate Change and Green Finance in International Development, which took place on September 24. He provided an overview of the ICJ Advisory Opinion on Climate Change and its possible implications for international litigation. In the second half of the session, he spoke about the evolving role of international investment treaties and their impact on efforts to combat climate changes. Participants included professionals from public and private sectors from Africa, Middle East, Europe, and the United States.
