Borzu Sabahi will speak at the World Bank's Law, Justice, and Development Week 2015 on a panel organized by the International Centre for Settlement of Investments Disputes

Counsel Borzu Sabahi will speak at the Law, Justice and Development Week 2015 (LJD) on November 18,2015 at the World Bank Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Mr. Sabahi will participate on the panel “ The Development and Impact of International Trade and Investment Agreements in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).” The panel will discuss international trade and investment agreements in the economic and political context of the MENA region. The panel will also focus on the impact of the Arab spring on the investment climate and investment disputes. Paul-Jean Le Cannu, counsel at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), will moderate the panel.
