Charlie Howland Addresses Graduating Class of Newly Trained Brownfield Remediation Specialists at the Philadelphia Energy Coordinating Agency

Partner Charlie Howland recently offered remarks to the 2024 graduating class of brownfield remediation specialists at the Philadelphia Energy Coordinating Agency’s (ECA’s) Knight Green Careers Training Center. He highlighted the increasing convergence of environmental and energy challenges in the U.S., and how the graduates’ training has helped prepare them for some of the resulting new employment opportunities. Mr. Howland is a board member of the ECA, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing energy services and training programs to low and moderate-income communities in Pennsylvania and Delaware in furtherance of environmental justice, workforce development, and community empowerment.
