On 12 February, Washington, D.C. Managing Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson spoke at the ICC conference on the panel “Soft Law in arbitration: evolution, legitimacy, practical uses and its role in the new Costa Rican law”.

The XVII International Arbitration Congress of Costa Rica (CAI 2026) took place from February 11–13, 2026, in San José, Costa Rica.
