Curtis Advises Ecopetrol in Bid to Acquire Colombian Renewable Energy Platform

Curtis is pleased to have advised on certain international aspects of Ecopetrol’s bid to acquire a renewable energy platform in Colombia with a total installed capacity of 1.3 GW, comprising both solar and wind energy assets. The platform includes an operational photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 102 MWac, along with a portfolio of projects at various stages of development and operation.

The Curtis team, Marc Hammerson, Elisa Botero and Jessica Simpson, were delighted to have worked seamlessly with the Gomez team in supporting Ecopetrol.
